Our firm is proud to be led by Alexis Bucelo Diaz, who holds an advanced legal education and over 15 years of experience in Estate and Probate Law, Mrs. Diaz combines a deep understanding of the legal landscape with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Mrs. Diaz completed her Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Miami and went on to earn a Masters of Laws (LLM) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami, providing her with specialized knowledge and expertise in managing complex estate planning and probate issues.

Judith Breton brings more than 20 years of specialized experience in probate, guardianship, trust administration, and estate planning to Bucelo Diaz Law. Judith plays an essential role in supporting the firm’s growing estate administration practice. Throughout her career, Judith has worked with leading Florida law firms, her background includes significant work in probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
